SSO Advantages

One login account – With a Single Sign-On, all Volkswagen online applications should be reachable for the user over a single unique ID. Therefore, there will be only one log-in for all Volkswagen Web sites.

Easy access – The SSO system is to work with simple-to-remember log-in data, e.g. with e-mail address and a self-defined password. In the case that the user forgets his password, an immediate support function must be offered.

SNS connection--In addition, the user should be offered the po-ssibility to register with an already existing social media account (e.g. Kaixin via Kaixin Connect). This saves the user a full registration in Volkswagen's own system, thus reducing the hurdles for the registration.
